Is he getting any hard feed? i had a stock bull that would go off his feet in a few days if i gave him any high protein cake/meal. OR has he been hurt bulling.

From photos looks to be in severe pain - should really have pain relief. If kneeling likely to be both fore feet. Agree laminitis most likely - if on soft bedding inside you might not notice- most of ground outside is hard now. Interesting feet are muddy as @matthew says.

Is he the only one with cold mud packs on his hooves?
Laminitis is very painful. Hose his legs off with cold water, stand in cold water and restrict protein. He won't serve cows when in that much pain.
I plan on walking him in tomorrow and get him jabed up with metacam he is only 6/7 month old and not intended for use and will be sold as a store if i can get him something like his twin is absolutely fine as are all the other in this lot

Is he stiff in his gait/joints? Or is he just tender on his feet hence kneeling down alot?
Just very tender on his feet and one knee looks a bit swollen it looks like he is walking on the back of his foot if that makes sense

Going to dart him with some anti inflam/pain relief this morning its not my preferred route of administration but will be better than trying to pull one out of field and a long walk back to jab him

You could try keeping him in off the grass on deep straw bed for a bit. Will relief the pain and help lose toxins out of system. That's if it is lamanitas.
