Too windy for spreading salt and potash on the beet land. Cold but sunny now after early mist.
Or maybe I will spread some salt. Its not blowing across me but in the direction of travel so might still go full width. If the forecast is anything to go by this could be last chance for a month. It will disperse and even out when we get another few inches of rain anyway.
Another day of swithering and uncertainty, damned if you do, damned if you don't, like its been all winter. Not one single job will go comfortably or can be put to bed. Feck it.

Finally got my beet fertiliser on this afternoon when the wind dropped. Salt and potash. Lost a dual wheel in a wet hole. Must have come loose. Carried on without it. Travelled reasonably well. Cold wind picking up again.

Raining now steady away, unfortunately, as its been nice for most of the week but it could be a lull before the storm tomorrow, oh well . Come rain or shine.
