Question is do I "struggle" cutting barley with second growth now, or wait till Mon/Tuesday and get some sun on it? I think the answer is carry on as the forecast is probably wrong and it'll rain!

Similar here, do I carry on cutting wheat that won’t go below 16% and get stiffed for drying charges or wait then find the forecast changes to it pours and we are screwed that way

I hope you kept going, heavy showers here have brought the harvest to a halt once again . The forecasters phrase ' overall amounts will be small " and " largely dry " are getting a bit tiresome when it buckets down .

We have just finished another block of crap sown Jan wheat.

I decided as they cannot forecast what it did yesterday they will feck it up and it will p!ss down most of the night.

It’s bound to rain anyway as the baler cannot get till tomorrow anyway
