Forecast: A lot of cloud today with the chance of the odd spot of drizzle. However, it will be mainly dry and the cloud will occasionally break to allow some warm bright or sunny spells away from northern parts of Norfolk where it will be cool with a northerly breeze. Cloud will thicken from the northeast this evening and tonight with light rain and drizzle becoming a little more widespread.

Classic Est coast Northerly. So we are in for a wet 'dry' time. Just enough dank clag to damp grain up for harvest and not enough rain to be of any use to establish oilseed rape. Glorious. And then the government imposes muck spreading regulations to further add more handicap over and above the weather. Great job isn't it.

Grey, cloudy all day. Cut the last of the winter beans, around 15 to 16% but the straw was really an arse to get through the combine. Smashed the hatch to the stripper rotor in the tank on the TX34 when a big lump blocked it up. Bit of reinforcing coming up for that
