My mate has just bought this for his toy shed
I remember one as a very young lad, but different colours.Blimey!! I had one just like that!
I used to modify my Britains tractors, back tyres off a 135 fitted over the front wheels of a 590 = 590 4wd, a broken 6600 had wheels removed to fit as duals glued onto the 590It’s brought back a vivid memory of buying it with pocket money because it was the only toy I saw with the cab like Dads milk tanker.
I put an empty jar of some sort in the tipper body and pretended it was a bulk tank.
The tailboard was plastic and flexible enough to take off so the jar could overhang a bit.
Happy days!!!
Think we all did some re modelling. Bostic was your friendYes, we did many “ improvements “ like that!
A standard one was putting the wide tyres off trailers onto the front of tractors and gluing duals or even triples on the back somehow.
Talking of triples, we made an attempt at a Triple D once but I don’t remember how that turned out. Most likely, not very well!
or for doing some repairs before got ass kicked for breaking them.Think we all did some re modelling. Bostic was your friend
Mmmmm forgot about that bitor for doing some repairs before got ass kicked for breaking them.
My ride back in the day 325 perking on 38 ton would get 25 ton with low fuel in tank and the famous Eaton twin splitter that one on a j plateMy mate has just bought this for his toy shedView attachment 1156035
Yep, front tyres from a 4wd tractor fitted nicely over the alpha laval tanker, lifted it that high at the back it wouldn’t have completely emptied, but that’s not important….I used to modify my Britains tractors, back tyres off a 135 fitted over the front wheels of a 590 = 590 4wd, a broken 6600 had wheels removed to fit as duals glued onto the 590
