When you go to interviews and they ask "have you any questions" reply by saying "is there any reason or a number of reasons why you wouldn't give me the opportunity to work for you"
I disagree with this one. On my way to an important hospital appt 10 days ago, I came across the aftermath of a fatal traffic accident. The emergency services took 20 mins to arrive and I could not pass along the road and was not going to abandon a clearly distressed other driver, so I phoned and cancelled my appt. There is an 'off' switch and you of course should use it when you have arrived safelyI would leave yiur phone at home or turn it off at least, he won't want a phone jockey

Yes, I won't use my phone while I'm there, but I'll still take it with me and I'll make sure it's turned off+1
Always carry your phone with you but put it on silent whilst you're talking to the potential employer. Also for me hoodies with hoods up and hands in pockets are big no-nos. And don't bulls**t, if you don't know the answer to something then be honest.
I've tried loads of local farms and nearly all of them aren't interested, I was down to the last few and I'm just that desperate to get some work, that I'm willing to do it for free, in my eyes getting the experience is worth more than getting paid at my age, as the experience I get , could help me to get a job in the futurejust out of interest, why did you originally offer to work for free?
Yeah, I'll let you all know how I get on, I'll try my best not tooLet us know how you get on.
No swearing too.

Have heard of someone who has 'the field gate test'. Basically your both in the pickup and when he gets to a closed gate he expects the interviewee to get out and open the gate, not himself!
