So do you weld up the entire pedal.? or just one line at a time and grind it and then do next one?

It all depends how its worn
If its just the front edge tbat goes like a razor blade just build that bit up
If the whole pedal is worn badly build it all up and recut the whole thing

The nose of my 65 was worse and I managed to straighten it

In my opinion I dent or two is no big problem especially if it will be a working tractor, would rather see one that has been resprayed and a goin back to work than one that is goin to be a show piece. Straighten it as best as you can and get it painted

Hey mate they look just like the bonnets we have to work with mostly. that should knock back out,start with the front nose dent 1st if you knock that back out the swell in the top should pull down its self
They are quite tough the 135 bonnets and take abit of persuadeing but what have you got to loose

I repaired something similar after I had a run away and the tractor took out a strainer, the problem I had was that the bonnet looked good but must have had a twist in it as the fuel cover always caught the bonnet at the hinge and this damaged the paint.
Right I've got to buy some new rear wheels
already got some new 12.4 tyres to use
What size rims do I want the 9" or 11"

11 I think, I have a rim outside and IF I remember I will measure it once I finish breakfast
