Classic tractor June 2017- Dyno Testing Article

Just picked up the latest copy of Classic Tractor and was reading the dyno test part and seen this, surely a "standard" tractor wouldn't leave the factory with 40hp more than what it is meant to?

One I always found strange was loads of tm155s putting out around 200hp with no problems. Then nh released the tm175 and tm190 and they were a disaster.
That's a very good point. Although from what i understand the later versions are very sorted tractors. Of course by then the reputation of them was in tatters.

Incidentally the last time our TM155 was on a dyno they had to chain it to a shed stanchion to stop the power of the TM flipping it over;):ROFLMAO:
