People in cars who see you standing in deep water trying to flag them down, and insist on driving though, causing waves that lap over the top of your wellies, only to get stuck a bit further and ask if you can tow them out. Thats a No then.
The Council that does not answer the phone to report a closed road, and dangerous conditions.

We here in West Wales have been hit by a lot of rain overnight and most of today, with lots of floods and roads closed. The road here has lost most of its surface. I hope everyone around here has a dry house at least.
My normally placid stream is a roaring torrent that is making the house shake.

The trees are normally on the bank!
Fields are flooded, with ditches foaming along. This field has field drainage but it just could not cope with the quantity of rain.

What grinds Mrs GTB's gears is clubs or charities packing her shopping at the supermarket then shaking a bucket under her nose. The moral of this story is if you want money out of Mrs GTB DO NOT TOUCH her shopping and DON'T shake a bucket under her nose.
