I thought it would be interesting to see what everyone drives. I will start with mine.

I like to drive a small, cheap, relatively fuel efficient car that is at least ten years old with a low cost of ownership.This makes it cheap to tag and insure. This is my current one, an 08 Scion.

Plenty of room for a couple tool boxes.

No, Mrs Fred and I both drive Skodas- hers is a 17 year old Octavia and mine is an 8 year old Fabia estate. Actually they are both blooming good, but if you had told me when I started driving that we would have his-and-hers Skodas in our 50s, I would have imagined it meant a future Warsaw pact invasion.

Scion:LOL: My daily driver is 1985 L200 4WD or known in your part of the world as a Dodge D50 4WD:D

Ha do they have heated rear windows or sunroofs

My regular work vehicle is a 1998 Toyota HZJ75 tray back, that I bought new, that now has about 400,000km on it

My " personal " vehicle is a 1995 HSE 4.6 Range Rover that I paid about $3500 for

As you can tell, I don't really care about new flashy cars, don't like having money tied up in them. Though, neither could be said to be particularly economical to drive.
No insurance on either of them ( apart from the compulsory third party as part of rego )

The " family " vehicle my wife drives is a 2015 Subaru Outback - it is a very nice car. It replaced a 2008 Subaru Outback.
