No. Tuesday doesn't currently look dry.
Hate that, when one dodgy day forces the work into the weekend.

I’m going to reseed 9 acres this week. How’s that for brave?Looks like a dry spell for the next 10 days so any grass slurry should be well cleared up . a nice run into housing.
May be grand, may be an expensive mistake. We took a chance on a wee acre field this time last year and it struggled all winter but came the best in AprilI’m going to reseed 9 acres this week. How’s that for brave?
Or foolish!
Milk her, I had one the same last year except she'd a rotting calf 6 weeks early so started from a worse place. Had nothing at the start, still doing 20 litres 13 months on. Is to calf again in February.Experiences please - heifer aborted calf 6 weeks from due date (got hurt whilst testing in crush). Very docile but only doing couple litres morning and night.
In super condition and her mother was a super milking cow - do you think she will come up in milk or scrap her??
As long as you're not tight for space and she's young I'd give her the chance, they usually improve slowly, you could find she doesn't peak for 7 or 8 months. I've found older heifers are hard to keep from getting fat & giving more problems at next calving. If mine did that i would be delighted - am loathed to scrap her as she is a lovely heifer.
Good day for mowing. Rain cancelled for now. Would you risk 3rd or 4th in the silo if it dries out well or bale it all? It will be in good order wednesday onwards going by forecast.No. Tuesday doesn't currently look dry.

Get it all done this weekend. It's all f#%$@? Next week.
Have 35 left to mow. Still flat out lifting today. Will mow tomorrow, row up on Monday morning unless forecast changes. Lots of work to do yet! It's good to be busy
