Oh and Sunderland voted to leave, now their whining at Nissan to stay. Hull voted to leave but they want "special status" to protect their fish processing?

You gotta laugh

I would give Remain another go , they'll get slaughtered .
Why do you really want to leave the EU now? Genuine question cos you post a fair bit on the forum, and you come across as one of the more "normal" members. The longer it has gone on,the more the evidence is overwhelming that nearly everyone is going to be much poorer, apart that is from some of the elite very wealthy, the brexiter types that are pushing it.Its going to be one of the biggest cons in history.

Its 50/50 in my community by the way...

I voted remain , probably for the same reasons as you , but as time has elapsed I'm convinced our future lies elsewhere , the EU tactic of stiffing us has not gone down well in our area , so let's go , we may never get another chance .
Nothing stopping us trading with them .

Maybe it' a question of living in a society rather than an economy. Not all decisions need to revolve around money.
