If you have a tractor that pulls a 5 furrow plough then I’m sure it would pull 2.5 meter sumo .

Thanks for the replies. Looks like a 4fr auto reset Kv is the popular option... Would you go for a vary width or standard ok? Dose it matter what bodies? Some headstocks look a lot stronger than others...
Seen a kuhn varymaster advertised locally... any one used one?

Disagree sorry. Looks just like an Overum to me. Think the last Ransomes ploughs were the 300 series and it looks nothing like those. Does it perhaps have ransomes (UCN) bodies on it?It's basically a ransomes.
They were brought by agrolux IIRC. Then 2 yrs later overum took over.
Ours is from the period before overum fully took over.
Think the timeline is something like that.....
Ransome bodies but overum frame/rear wheel etc. Something to do with the agrolux/overum tie up.Disagree sorry. Looks just like an Overum to me. Think the last Ransomes ploughs were the 300 series and it looks nothing like those. Does it perhaps have ransomes (UCN) bodies on it?
