I've heard that an ex gas bottle makes a good 'reservoir' for taking compressed air out to the field etc.
Less chance of damage if it falls over.
Just unscrew the brass tap and fit an elbow, a ball valve and a female airline coupling. The old man is on first name terms with the air ambulance pilot as it is without him messing around with welders and propane bottles
A super single wheel at 90psi will blow up a flat 600/65 38 to 20psi!I've heard that an ex gas bottle makes a good 'reservoir' for taking compressed air out to the field etc.

Never done it but might be left handed.I’ve tried to remove the brass fitting from gas bottles several times but can never undo them. I just end up smashing them off.

Right hand thread on the 47kg propane ones I've done. Lots of thin oil and gentle pressure on stilsons with long pipe.Never done it but might be left handed.
