Because of haulage and I guess the dealer wants to make a margin. Plus the cost of the wheel swap all adds up I suppose.

Importing a machine probably isn't a cheap operation either....not that I know anything about it but just imagine paperwork!

I take it you can’t just roll up to Calais and board the eurotunnel with the coaches or on the wagons train with an Xerion then!! M40 on way home could be interesting......
