The man that pays the bills is more than happy on sf1 I'm just simply asking if there's anything changed . I'll try updating it as it's not been done since it's previous owner had it.
I guess updating software is most often a good idea (as long as you have given others time to verify that the update has no serious new bugs). But I cannot see why something like SF1 or SF3 drift would really be getting worse over time unless there is a "Trimble like" change in correction signal delivery where the old SW completely misses the correction signal.
If it was better in the spring time, perhaps because of less foliage or something like that?
