Both he and Rolf Harris were knighted by the Queen.
The evidence could not have been overwhelming at
the time to face a prosecution.

Starmer is an absolute nobody who will send the party into limp dem levels of irrelevance. He has neither Corbyn's principles or Blair's charisma.

If Nandy had got the vote, I would be far more worried about the conservative's chances at the next election.

Well he has just given Nandy one of the top jobs in the shadow cabinet.:)

Jesus wept. Anneliese Dodds as shadow chancellor. She whored herself round three different constituencies in England before she could find one with enough dumb people in it to vote for her.

Haircut aside ,she's got a 17000 odd majority so someone liked her.
I note that she gained a 1st class degree in economics and politics at Oxford
so cant be completely stupid.

A potato with a red rosette on it would win the majority in Oxford East. The last time any candidate that wasn't Labour won it was 1983.

Time and time again I return back to the same thought: If you want to stand in a constituency you should have to live in for at least a decade before being allowed your name on the ballot paper.

@A1an - I am holding back :sneaky:

**edit**

She studied PPE at Oxford. The politicians favourite degree (have a look at how many MP's have a degree in PPE).

Personally I think he’ll do ok and hopefully provide a credible opposition to Blustering Boris (who I read is in a bad way with the virus so I’ll cut him some slack) once he’s sorted out Momentum and brought the good guys back on to Labours front bench.
Could be another populist like Blair if he plays his hand right.
The virus will make or break the current administration... never mind Brexit
Borris working on his herd immunity???
