I’ve got a 2008 Arion 640 cebis and the electric hydraulic valves have stopped working all of a sudden, switches appear to be working and activate on the screen but nothing in the back end. All other hydraulics are working fine, loader, front linkage, steering, suspension all fine. Can’t find any blown fuses and there’s no error codes. Any ideas?

Check the lift pump but that dose have a drain hole in bottom to stop it putting disel in oil will be top injector oring gone

Hi has anyone ever had this problem with a claas 640 2010 starts and drives fine when cold once warmed up throws up an oil pressure error and won’t move beeping on dash and N on cebis screen flashing new back oil and filters and no difference

7654 refers to lack of 21 bar pressure, which is normally the pressure switch messing about, Without this nothing will operate. Think it the sensor on the right hand hydraulic cover behind the horizontal filter?

No it the switch on top of the right hand cover!

My neighbour's one stopped like that and it was that the brakes had exploded and gone round the system and buggered the internals. If you still have the old filters,cut them in half and see what's in there.

The filters that came out looked clean will cut them open later and see what’s inside brakes were done by dealer by previous owner he said a while back

Opened up the filters they all looked clean connected up a pressure gauge and pressure is good when started up but if I lock the steering hard either way it drops and and throws up the light but if left it comes back straight away and if I turn tractor off when warm it won’t show any pressure when started again it’s like the pump isn’t kicking in at all

the main hydraulic pump will be worn out drive tractor in a circle and engauge pto and 4wd drive if it cuts out main ls pump is worn out, it will flow test ok but dosnt have the flow at low revs to keep everything going.
I would suspect the gearbox or brakes have gone on that tractor in the past
