But that wont give the factory any more time to mature the cheese!
Would the extra mature be a different recipe?

Bit of a dangerous cycle.
Keep taking cheese before it gets chance to completely mature and end up with customer complaints as "tastes different "
Seen it happen before.

Few, for a moment i fought you where upset with the price.


Us autumn calvers need all the help we can get mind
as we may well find out, but the spr calvers do tend to produce the bulk of their/our milk, at cheapest production, that's why they/we do it, but, an autumn drop, hurts the 'autumn/winter' producers, much more than the spr, they don't have to fine tune their rations ! But, will be the normal, I expect !
