Just asking if anyone is currently exporting forage into Europe.
Under the new post Brexit rules we are being asked for a health certificate, we have contacted the government bodies and Defra but no one seems sure what documentation is needed and who issues it.
If anyone could give us a heads up that would be much appreciated.
Trouble is the checking will be going out , but coming into country you can bring any disease or mutant plant ect cos they not fussed over this end

We're the friendlier neighbours to them to make their route thru as simple as poss. But when you head out there they want to cause grief , Rather ironic when the EU always bang the drum of being friendly neighbours .

It’s a total mess , I’m bring cresote timber into Ireland from Wales and it’s a nightmare , the cert needed is a sanitary cert, but I’d say what you need to look for is what ever cert is needed to bring in grain from a differant continent . There should be no differance in hay and grain . Just my opinion . It’s a mess but that’s what brexit voted for the ending of free trade , what way did you vote.

Just been reading a post on facebook from. Large UK haulied complaining about the hastle from UK customs. One of his driver taking lorry and cargo from Calais back to his German departure point for a single sheet of paper so he can get home . Two and a half days driving he Is not impressed
that explains something ive got coming from Germany taking awhile longer than usual
