As said above, can’t be done (legally) to most of the EU at the moment as the correct EHC hasn’t been written yet, although some countries within the EU have different requirements to others

Since we are no longer in the EU, I really don't expect that kind of product to be viable to export any longer. Driver's can't even take their sandwiches abroad in case they present a biohazard do it's unlikely they'll accept forage from the UK any more than Australia would. Welcome to brexit sir.
Lots of hay is imported from America and Canada every year

I'd imagine it will settle down when everyone figures out what they need and how to do it.
Watching from the other side of the world it seems like a lot of countries have buried their head in the sand or spent all their time arguing about it, instead of sorting out what's needed.
It should be hard to move things between countries, whether the UK makes it hard for other countries remains to be seen.
