I suppose they don't want to take the risk ,One lot.
Once you factor in baling/ haulage costs + a bit for the risk factor then this might be the year to buy off the lorry/ in the winter than standing straw at the prices above.

Will be a nice dung heap.One estate in herefordshire is selling its 668 acres of wheat off in 120x90 6 string krone bales this year through agents Sunderlands . Fixed price £80/t , no bale chasing either, they will be stacked handy for loading.
