Some of the big outfits who supply weekly big numbers will be getting let off the hook with weight limits on a regular basis but I don’t think those types of people would be wanting to know beef prices on here.
Might be wrong but those fellas usually have plenty of info from elsewhere
I don't think they have weight limits or grades.just a set price for supplying x number of cattle a week

Apologies Bowland Bob, but you can’t just come in with idle gossip, the rules are you have to post at least 7 informative price related post in a week, that are deemed good enough by the tff council then you can post idle gossip, sorry but these are are rules. 😂
I'm new to this very informative thread, so hopefully this minor indiscretion can be overlooked!

The worst bit about heading off to marts miles away on the motorways is the grub. It’s usually bad and expensive. Everywhere is either a costa or macdonalds. Rubbish to me. Father used to take me to Lancashire when leading hoggs and we always stopped at the Granada services. You could have anything from fish and chips to a Sunday dinner. What the hell went a miss??
I used to like going to Granada services , last time I was their it was a sh!t hole I shall not be stopping their again .
