Then 3ww north America Britain Europe and Russia coverd with nuclier bomb explosions then nuclear winter southern hemisphere totaly contaminuted with fallout plus all nuclear power stat ions all blown up yes the earth will get over it but posibly no humans left yes it takes 10000 years for most of this radiation to nutrelize not a walk in the park.

Wrong... Ukraine is not a member of NATO. NATO can only directly intervene if a member state is attacked. No NATO member state has been attacked, therefore NATO cannot legally enforce a no fly zone.
Thank you for the explanation much appreciated.(y)...I'm sure they would bend the rules if they wanted to exceptional circumstances and all that
