Yeah that makes sense. But the upland sheep only grass I spoke of earlier has me scratching my head. £165/ac for summer grass for ewes and lambs? They must have much better sheep than me!I will assume it’s the dairy guys doing that. If you can get youngstock away them milking another cow per acre giving over £3k of milk it’s surely doable. Not good for the beef/sheep guys in the area but such is life.
