I have a few hundred tons of planet in my shed, that was tested in spec for malting at harvest, Frontier ain't interested, could I sell it as soil conditioner 😉,or could I give it away in return for a "donation" to a charity of my choice?🙄, nonsense aside, any spring bean seed prices?
Sell it as feed then it’s up to the buyer to use it as he likes

Hi! Plant variety rights are granted for 25 years. A variety will be eligible for payment for the duration of that 25 years, unless the rights are terminated by the breeder. Hope that helps.

why cant you type a brief set of rules out here save everyone guessing
Farm to farm as feed is fine, what they do with it is up to them. Cash payment is always good too, provides betting money at Cheltenham races. Have you actually seen what the minimum germ specs are for seed??? Probably better you don't know if you're paying a hoof load of cash for cert seed
