Hi! Plant variety rights are granted for 25 years. A variety will be eligible for payment for the duration of that 25 years, unless the rights are terminated by the breeder. Hope that helps.HI quick question why are we still being charged royalties on some varieties

Farm to farm as feed is fine, what they do with it is up to them. Cash payment is always good too, provides betting money at Cheltenham races. Have you actually seen what the minimum germ specs are for seed??? Probably better you don't know if you're paying a hoof load of cash for cert seed
