Targeting the wrong people
as said causing the public inconvenience will damage any support …… bad idea
if you really must protest then hit the supermarkets one at a time, they are the route of all these problems and the public don’t care that tesco is closed, they just go to the next supermarket and don’t miss hospital appointments etc !
As much as I agree with you, I disagree, yes the supermarkets are to blame, but how can you blame them for taking a free ride? Seneddi understand that BUT ultimately if it wasn’t for the back door supermarket systematic take over / race to the bottom over the last 30 year farmers wouldn’t even need government support
big retail is where the ultimate blame sits for fundamental lack of economic viability of uk food production imo despite all the smaller picture sideshows
As much as I agree with you that the A48 is the wrong place, I disagree the angst at the supermarkets, can you really blame them for taking a comparatively free ride? it's been given to them on a plate. Who is the governing body that allows it and supports it ultimately? Senedd is definitely the proper place to protest as is Westminster, yet it would be far easier and more effective to aim the inconvenience at the supermarkets. I find it a bit farcical the hoo ha kicked up that one lane of the A48 is blocked up with tractors, I've rarely been down that road where one lane isn't coned off for apparent road works for mile after mile.i understand that BUT ultimately if it wasn’t for the back door supermarket systematic take over / race to the bottom over the last 30 year farmers wouldn’t even need government support
