    Our Lords are due there 7th calves this autumn, one of the best bulls we've ever used I'd say. Just missed out on more straws last year, last ones in the cou try had been sold the day before.

    I find the same with premiers most seem to be capable of a nasty kick mainly when you're least expecting it! Nice cows and are milking well though

    Thanks for the replies, I think we'll try one stretch without removing the soil and another stretch where it'll have a little more use with machinery we'll remove the topsoil. Can't go too wrong then
