I'm hoping someone can help me. I am looking for a Barn/Workshop/Warehouse with Electricity where I can run my business from.

I live 5 minutes East of Durham and run an established online store selling accessories in the Motorhome and Camping sector. I also need to store my classic campervan inside the building.

I'm looking for something in or around East, South or North Durham or North Tees area.

I work alone and solely sell online so it will only be me at the building. I receive deliveries via 7.5 Tonne truck or van on a morning and then dispatch via a courier or Royal Mail on an afternoon. This usually happens 3 days per week.
