Thanks. I'm convinced it worried related. It's one thing that bugs me the most. Can come on any time when get worked up or under pressure to much. It's sort of my release. When it's that kind it's slightly more bearable but when it's when wake up straight away it's the worse

Yes that anxiety by the sounds of it......

Just quick update. Been feeling ok in mornings these days, but I be busy outside and over thinking. When outside all I want to do is get finished and inside and in my wee room and sit down and relax. But last few days once Iv came inside and sat down I just feel extra worked up and unsettled and sick again. Not sure how to describe it really :/ try gaviscon to settle sick feeling but have ran out tonight. I just can't seem to settle as constantly feel like my heads dizzy or feel sick even tho good chance I don't feel either of those things really just in my head. Not sure he point of saying all this but thought id write it down anyway, thanks

Have you ever been to see someone about it? I'm exactly the same. Normally sick every morning during harvest when pressure on. I can then go on and have normal day. Actually being sick helps for some strange reason.

When I went to school I was sick every morning before I went on school bus. I was actually sick before to avoid being sick on bus as used to get bullied about being sick on bus. Exams were a nightmare too. Sick with nerves before them and terrified of being sick in exam hall with loads of people.

I've grown out of it a fair bit. It's never stopped me doing anything. Went to Essex when I was 17 to work on 10k acre arable farm for harvest job. Did a agricultural degree at college. Travelled and worked in Australia and America.

I found breathing exercises most helpful. When your stressed and anxious you take short, sharp breathes which affects your whole body and mind. Abdominal breathing makes a great difference. I went private eventually to get it sorted out. But worth every penny.

I've posted before. Go and see someone - again. Find someone you can talk to. It's likely to be private and it's likely to be £60 / £70 a session and you could have one a fortnight if one a week takes too much time and money. I suffered for 40+ years until I'd had enough and decided it was now or never. Start to believe in yourself; it's easy to say but you've got to break the mould. It's no good being scared of doctors or help. Gaviscon and the like are assisting the symptoms but not the cause. Please do it (y)

Reading this was like looking in a mirror

To be honest even the thought of getting into car and going to doctor these days scares me silly. I'm worried it's me committing to silage season again that's lingering in back of my mind as I think what if I feel like this some day when I'm needed for silage and let people down

Haven't had chance to look into it, can safely say haven't felt like this for many many months and years. Have felt nervous and panicked but this is original nerves that haven't felt for long time and it's worrying me that I'm talking s sickness or something as haven't felt it for so long

I think I'm starting to settle now. When I'm worked up to that high degree I feel really hot and sweaty. Then when I start to settle and calm even little i go tho opposite and start to shake a little and feel cold

Sorry to bring this back up again. Is there any tips I can try to settle myself. These days when I get worked up I get really worked up. Always seems to come to a head at evening/night time. Now I'm inside and should be relaxing and clearing my head I can't seem to. I think that once I get inside il be ok and settle myself but now I am I can't. Have tried cup of tea and something to eat but can't eat anything

Ok, I'm coping with sick feeling in morning these days. But I started my silage carting job last week but this last few days been first proper full days at it. I eat breakfast and helps. But my old prob from past years is back. I thought i could cope but I can't, I take pack lunch with me, feel semi fine till lunch. Have lunch. Then late afternoon I get this really distinctive sick feel. Different to other ones, it's like a burpy hiccups feeling. I eat a bar of some sort and it helps. Then by time it comes to tea time either at home or in field I feel that sick that I can't swallow. So then getting hungry makes it worse. Today tried to eat sandwich at 7 and ended up spitting it out or would have been sick. Ended up taking a small spoon full of diazapam when there but was worried it wouod make me sleepy so only took not even half spoon full which hasn't helped. Now home and sitting on own room with bowl of cereal and barely can eat it but yet feel light headed cause of lack of food. Im super worked up and upset as u don't want to let boss down and if I mention to parents they just get cross. Boss understands but still don't like letting him down. Nt sure really why I'm posting this and sorry for it. Need help to cope, and it's only first few days or a summer of grass
