Don't apologise for posting. Do you think having a check up with the GP might reassure you and help settle any worries? Perhaps try not to leave too long gaps between eating so you don't get too empty? Eating small amounts often even if it is snack food can be better than waiting till you are really empty and your stomach has not got anything to work on. I hope you feel better soon.
