Good question! Anyone know?
Just seen a article in farmers weekly about a chap growing organic maize, he grows 70 something hectares and spends ~£4500 on OAP 410!

When I was a student I visited an organic dairy farm in Kent which successfully at the time grew maize

So whats the likelihood of natural england getting a licence back in time for next year so we can shoot the rooks.

Due to chris packham they have just revoked the general licence and now rook shooting and pigeon shooting is illegal.
