You would have to be a brave man to sell it forward up here. Hail showers or torrential rain never far away in august. 2 years ago there was a fair bit of swathed rape around that didn’t put much in the tank after weeks of rain.Brilliant!

Maybe nobody knows who owns what so nothing is moving. A lot of the end of season barley we get comes down from the borders, Inglis or Coastal grains stores, usually good bushel spring barley
