TBF the amalgamation of more and more assets in a few hands is what is seeming to happen.
Just think of the agendas at the moment, None meat protein sources-made in factories, therefore controlled by corporations rather than allowing the family farm (in whatever form) to carry on producing and selling animal protein.
Vertical/indoor farming, another way that ag is being industrialised, it's a way that ag will no longer be land based but run by a few men in corporate sheds and we will be allowed to run the countryside for "public good".
Please not that I personally don't think this is going to happen anytime soon but you can see the seeds of it being sown.
Eventually we’ll all be in pods, fed a liquid slop diet and our brains wired directly into the internet….. hang on didn’t they make a film about that, called the matrix or something

Odessa port and various grain terminals are owned and financed by a wide and varied group of firms from around the world and not just the ukrainians, just watched a youtube film from two years ago about cargill being in a joint venture to build and run a 5 million ton grain terminal . Arabs were investing too

I seem to remember one of the grain traders on here saying they had an office overthere and they evacuated staff on he day of the invasion.
