About £470, can you get urea for £800 here in NI? Last I was talking to a salesman all their £800 urea was sold

As described, that's what importers are doing. Sell a bit, then say it's all sold. New price (for same shipment presumably) is up £xx.

I've no experience of urea, can protected urea be sown in the way/ conditions as CAN throughout the year?
Yes can be sowed in dry weather I think. Get more acres done with a sower full also.

The inhibitors on the protected stuff doesn’t last tho, heard it only last 6 months so couldn’t buy now for next spring really.

Except that its lighter, so a sower doesn't hold as much. And doesn't cast as far.

True we can comfortably put 2 bags of CAN into the sower but only about 1 1/2 bags of urea.
