What's the quality of Granit Parts?

Need a large majority of parts for a Fendt 818. As usual, the dealer prices are deranged. Found a large majority of the parts on Granit.

What is the quality like? Are there certain types of parts to avoid? Looking at a new air conditioning compressor, alternator and other bits and bobs.

Or is it just worth paying more for genuine parts to assure longevity and quality?

Chances are a lot of the parts will be ‘OEM’ (Original Equipment Manufacturer) so exactly the same as the genuine part for a fraction of the cost.

I bought new bolts for a head. Big mistake, as a couple broke while torquing, ended up putting the old ones back in

The only Fendt bits from Granit and Kramp that I’ve found to be dissapointed with were front cab mounts, they struggled to last a few thousand hours intill the cab was back sitting on the diesel tank!!! Other bits seemed ok
