Having problems selecting reverse when warm. From cold forward and reverse work fine but after 5 mins wont select reverse, but will still go forwards. Has done just over 4000 hrs any ideas?

Assuming it's not electrical which it doesn't sound like it as it's a temp related thing.

Reverse clutch pack.
Clutch pack pistons are common for leaking.
It's a trany out and overhaul.

Ouch!!! I can get the transmission out myself, who has a good reputation for fixing these without costing the

Just before I pull apart, when I leave in reverse it will go for hours. Also when I flick from forward to reverse I can hear the noise of selection but won't lock in.

Get the reverse clutch pack pressure tested before ripping it out.

I once had the forward clutch pack develop a hairline crack on the face on my 735, gave similar symptoms to this.

West was result on this got exact same fault on my 2009 735 120 PowerPoint, just put a reverse valve on today and wasn't that

will be reverse piston leaking. will want all pistons replacing so a full strip and overhaul.

Pricing parts up tomorrow and getting them ordered , seen a recond exchange box for 4250 , depends on figures weather it has one of them fitted so machines only down for a few days instead of weeks
