Lot 1 which was bred here made £5800 to a regular good buyer , delighted with that as first ever Hereford bull sold with my prefix, always get nerves at sales and that helped settle them
😂 thanks to all bidders and buyers.
Would your name of been mentioned in the catalogue alongside the fact you managed a very similar system?

just seen our new AA bull, bought unseen, through a trusted pal

definitely got some Canadian or USA breeding, he's huge, a lot bigger than l expected, good figures, good shape.

Should have had a look at what @Gulli had, but son did the deal, it was a yes or no, at the time.

Where did you get him from ?
pre fix, is Hele Barton- piper
from deepest Devon, near Holsworthy, breeders name is Chapman.

Don't quite understand the EBV, like l know the dairy ones, but he's above breed av on everything, bar calving index -1.3.

Definitely not a bull l would use on hfrs. But should throw some good calves, on the cows, served 1 already.

+ Is good apart from birth weight and gestation length

- is bad on the rest although never seen - growth figures

Obviously this is a generalisation and depends what you're looking for

Edit: you're welcome to buy mine unseen 🤣

he's built like a brick s house

bought to do a job, will shift him june/july time, when we have finished serving, just right for the grass rat boys

he's not a lot over killing price, and we know we can shift him on for similar money.
