You wont go wrong with a line one !
you sure about that ..........................................
l will wait until weds, before l comment.

to be fair, over the years, never had many infertile bulls, it could be another 'problem' of some sort.

25 yrs ago, had to find a bull for my uncle, quickly, we had some hf bull beef about, and supplied one of them.

Told the chap looking after them, watch, and make sure he is working 'properly'. Yes, he is, served 1 yesterday, another today, jumped well, and turned 'turtle' and landed on his back.
Told him to keep watching, those were the only 2, he got in calf. Had similar with a char bull, back in the 70's.

might take you up on that.
shall know very soon now, vet is 'en route'

couple of winters ago, had a lady part time, when the vet fert tested the bulls, the look on her face was one of utter shock, we all had a good laugh, she just didn't even think of how it was done !!!

well, passed, just a low sperm count
vet advised a recheck, in a months time, which we will do, he did get a bit of lameness, which we thought we had cleared up, just took a bit longer than we thought perhaps.
about a month before we really need him again, lucky chap.

was watching 'Barbour Herefords, line bred bulls' on u'tube last night, good looking bulls.
also saw a preview to Quantock bull sale.

reckon we need to have a stock bull rethink, on our definition of good looking bulls
