That’s what I’ve got on mine (445’s) just put the tape on them and they’re 34” diameter, don’t know how big your existing wheels are if there’s be enough clearance

As said mini super singles are around 34 inches diameter, yours now will be arou ned 30 inches so just a case of having a measure and a good look to see if a mini will fit on
Did you have to cut cross members out above wheels?
No I put the axles on the underneath of the leaf springs. That was the easy bit. What I didn’t account for was the effect on the hitch height & the ramps which both needed fairly extensive modifications. It’s worked out ok but generally I would say buy a trailer your spec rather than modify
