Big trip out this weekend, we now have the space to make ice cream and hopefully a bit of cheese at some point too. Lots (more) to be getting on with now.
Elecrem 5What cream separator are you running?

Cheque book has been opened again. Always said we didn't want a vending machine but we (Sophie mainly) have got fed up with bottling milk and washing glass bottles. Lots to do but hope to have it up and running in a few weeks.
My Dad made a similar comment when he saw the picture. Extended capacity. That a new type that fills with a blower pipe
If you ever need a chief taster I’m willing to offer my services. You might need to cover my travel expenses though…View attachment 1110538View attachment 1110539View attachment 1110541
Ice cream making is go!
Been selling for 10 days or so now, already proving popular.
To my suprise the best selling variety is 'Just Jersey', which is the basic base mix of milk and cream with no other flavouring. We've other flavours, such as the sour cherry and biscoff as pictured, and Sophie has a slightly different recipe for a chocolate ice cream too.
Do you want jam on that .....You might need to cover my travel expenses though…
