Lamb infection/ Milk powder growth?

Morning all, started losing some 1month old cade lambs and have another going this morning. They start by losing their back legs like a bacterial infection and injections don’t pull them back.
They’re on grass with a shepherdhess and I’ve noticed something strange in the milk mixing bucket the last few days. Mixing the powder it looks fine but it’s almost like a little mould growth left in the bucket?
Any thoughts please? Thanks

Ov the last couple days , got a month old cade lamb took t bottle straight away very strong lamb from start, mum had no milk but given plenty powder colostrum. Always had full measure but all of sudden wouldn't have third of milk and go off its front legs. And is alot calmer than its ever bin .
But after hour or so back on its legs all OK.
Is only after its milk....never had one like it before....
How quickk is it rom going of its feet to loosing the lamb.
