I think the main problem is, LPG isn't the most " fun " fuel too work with as the " soundness " testing is so tight and can lead to a painful time detecting a minor drop in the test procedure. The liquid phase shouldn't be a problem, just need a good Bourdon gauge and gonads to match and your away, quite a lot of bulk tanks on domestic/industrial that have to be tested and worked on that are in you Liquid phase
