Lexion 600 Track alignment…

Wondering if someone could help,
Tracks on our 2009 Lexion 600 are not running central therefore wearing/damaging the rubber guide blocks in the track.

As per the photo iv turned the alignment bolt a turn and a half (both sides of the track) clockwise as advised my my claas dealer. Nothing seems to have happened and the bold is extremely tight.

Any thoughts or advise would be much appreciated

I don’t know but are there and bushings on the main pivot. Have a grain cart on tracks that the tracts would track to one side and bushing needed changing. if turning the aligning bolt does nothing maybe by being tight its seized.

Yeah quite possible it’s a job to know if it is or not without pulling a things off. Hopefully got our claas dealer coming back out today, they tried and failed last week.
