thing's that make you smile? my 6 yr old grandson archie the things he come's out with are way beyond his age, walk's past a pen of beast chirp's up crakin bullock's and when i say crakin i mean crakin, uncle nick asked him do you want a bother or sister , his answer was me mum won't let me, he's priceless!
 
My dogs licking their lips in anticipation as I get the fruit they asked me for down from the tree

They dont bother with the fruit on the floor unless the dumb human has failed to respond correctly

A tongue quickly out licking the lips, makes me smile every time

@BrianV Have you got one of all the harvest mice that were culled as that came in? I remember seeing photos once and the stacks of mice were tall as a man. Mostly terriers used.
True story…..chap here pocketed some baby mice from a nest at threshing time. Local practice at the time was to hand out sweets along the rows of seats when watching the film at the cinema(picture house). It made him smile ,after he had mixed those now cold,dead mice, with some Jelly Babies….to here the coughing and spluttering…..and cursing, with nobody knowing who to blame!
