Never seen a forager working in my area although i do know where there is a jf 900 in a shed. Not many foragers built anywhere else in the world these daysYes,buying European foragers to chop grass seems to be the way ahead, just like we have been doing for the last 40 years

Apologies,I assumed that Deere still built there foragers in the USANever seen a forager working in my area although i do know where there is a jf 900 in a shed. Not many foragers built anywhere else in the world these days
I believe the only farm around here that had one only ran it for a few years as they had to set roads up through the fields as the only roads they could fit it on were the dual carriageway and the main road where it took up 3ft of the lane with oncoming trafficYouTube paying the hp on a quadtac! . People round here are all going away from them now back to 300 hp wheeled tractor that are more versatile. 5500 acres here in one block and they found it a nightmare to get anywhere.
The roads are all wide round Olly's farm so should be fine.I believe the only farm around here that had one only ran it for a few years as they had to set roads up through the fields as the only roads they could fit it on were the dual carriageway and the main road where it took up 3ft of the lane with oncoming traffic
You could be right. I’d assumed all built in Europe but no idea.Apologies,I assumed that Deere still built there foragers in the USA
Either way,my point was Australia is hardly ahead of us in terms of advanced farming. You could be right. I’d assumed all built in Europe but no idea.

Imagine the amount of mud it will trail onto road when it leaves field. Need the Solis ready
Be interesting seeing quadtrack on Hogg low loader,!

Drove one in Essex in late 90s, during one move we encountered some roadworks which I couldn’t fit thru. Boss got out, moves cones and signals in a very irate manner to mount the bloody verge and get on. Which I did and completely levelled a freshly sculpted roadside verge as the council guys looked on in bewilderment before turning to anger. 🫣I believe the only farm around here that had one only ran it for a few years as they had to set roads up through the fields as the only roads they could fit it on were the dual carriageway and the main road where it took up 3ft of the lane with oncoming traffic
Congratulationswe’ve been using gps autosteer for 20 years here. Vra and section control as long.
camera technology for sprayers for almost as long. Think there is a few things we’ve been a long way ahead of you guys.
Fully autonomous tractors already working also
Congratulations
Most of that being driven by uk and Irish lads?
No animosity towards Au farminghow would I know who is driving it all. I guess all of mine is being driven by a uk person except when he wife is driving.
pretty the autonomous stuff is driving itself.
don’t know where this animosity is coming from with regards au farming.
You seem to have a problem with it. Also don’t seem to understand it either. A grassmen video is not representative of the whole country. No animosity towards Au farming
Not sure where I said that?
I couldn’t care less about Au or NZ farming .You seem to have a problem with it. Also don’t seem to understand it either. A grassmen video is not representative of the whole country.
Plenty of people of all nationalities working on farms. Guys and girls.
this is a very progressive country when it comes to tech and new ideas. It’s a tough climate so if people don’t embrace new ideas they won’t stick it.
Maybe it's your attitude?how would I know who is driving it all. I guess all of mine is being driven by a uk person except when he wife is driving.

Locals don't want to work long hours I was told when I worked there . Needed away early for hobbies and kids, which is fair enough. No animosity towards Au farming
Not sure where I said that?
Yes this the thread for us to be bullying toxic, bitter etc towards the poor flowers keeping a low profile on you tube.Had to check what thread I was reading here thought it was supposed to be the youtube one
