Far too much evidence of the use of new bits and pieces, no visible string etc.Needed another water trough for the sheep shed so put another one together ,have some like this 25 years old or more now View attachment 1169705View attachment 1169706View attachment 1169708
Second hand barrel , & some second had steel in it , thats about itFar too much evidence of the use of new bits and pieces, no visible string etc.
The thought police will be after you.
The thought police are pretty tough - new welding rods/wire have caught people out before.Second hand barrel , & some second had steel in it , thats about it
Only problem I see with it is you can't replace the barrel if it cracks or splits without a grinder? Very good job otherwise I'm going to borrow the idea and make my own.Needed another water trough for the sheep shed so put another one together ,have some like this 25 years old or more now View attachment 1169705View attachment 1169706View attachment 1169708
tut-tut Speedy - clear indication of a tape measure use, no coat-hanger/wire spikey welds, no spatter or porosity, no sharp edges, equal spacing on cross bars & you've even got absorbent granules for spilled oil on the w/shop floorSecond hand barrel , & some second had steel in it , thats about it
Doing something rather similar hereNeeded another water trough for the sheep shed so put another one together ,have some like this 25 years old or more now View attachment 1169705View attachment 1169706View attachment 1169708
A wheelie bin makes a quick and easily accessible one, away from traffic areas.I use acid drums for drain , conduit chambers .
Probably 20 buried around here
not a chance @puppet...................that level of ingenuity is up there with Speedy's shop bought water trough.Coming round to lambing so thought I would sort this hinge which had pulled out of the door.
