I recently tried very hard to find this out including contacting several paint manufacturers in the Lincolnshire area where the machines were made and could not get the answer in the end this is the reply O got from Great Plains in the USA.

I think it is going to be which paint you are able to find, they are all similar, just from different paint systems. The Dupont 262 may be your best bet.

None of these colours are RAL codes. In the end my local dealer found me 2 cans gathering dust in the back of their stores with a use by date of 2019 but they seem okay. I would suggest ringing round original Simba dealers and see if any of them have any in the back of stores.

If you have a builders merchant nearby (Jewson or similar) take your part in to them, they will be able to match the colour to the correct RAL code with their RAL chart
They should be able to give you a bit of guidance & keep you right regarding shade, fading etc.

Everything you said is what I have come up with...... no one can find a RAL code.
As has been said plenty will try and match it - if we take a decent piece in (at least as big as a car fuel filler flap was told)
I think you did well with the 2019 can. My local deal had one and its 8 years old.
