Iv an old bomford c3618p loader, the headstock is shot so iv ordered a new euro 8 carridge for it. (Old one is beyond safely welding......again)

Iv got some flotation tyres that leak 66 43 r25 air. From around the bead. Will this just be the seals need replacing (tyres are in excellent nick) or is it better to put tyre gunk around the bead.
