Well, gone are the days of using vydate with lots of simple bits and pieces.
With short notice and no chance to see machines set up for velum given the current situation.
What does a velum applicator need, without spending a fortune with manufacturers who probably can’t build machines fast...
Just looking to change our T7, currently got a “comfort seat”, with sliding top back rest.
Is the better dynamic seat or auto comfort seat worth it for road comfort?
Used rapid seeding disc and Coulter’s required. 10lh and 10 rh and 20 discs.
Someone will be replacing theirs this winter!
Anything considered, preferably in Yorkshire.
Cheers
I have just got a 582, the belts are rubbing one side of the tension arm. The side where the tension spring is mounted.
When you look inside from the top with half a bale in, the belt is bent round against the tension arm.
I have checked this belt and it is the correct length and there are no...
Using a cab-less classic for long periods is noisy! Ford 4000 is the tractor.
Without going down the ear muff route, does any body have any clever ways to reduce the noise.

My only idea so far would be to drill a hole in one of the studs and put a padlock though it, but given its m6 you ain't got a lot to play with!
We have a Ford 4000 that is burning oil and I think a re bore will be necessary.
Has any body any experience of in situ cylinder boring? Sounds a lot less hassle with out taking crank shaft out etc.
A recommendation of somebody in Yorkshire would be good!
Cheers in advance
What type of packer on a power Harrow do people have least trouble with the scrapers.
Its getting the scrapers to keep the packer clean without soil building up and bending the scraper bar!!
What's design have people had good and bad experiences with?
Just trying to get our old fyson elevator going.
It will pump up, but won’t come down under its own weight. We have had to give it a push and even then it wasn’t very willing.
Has any body ever re-sealed the rams or taken them apart to free them off?
When this was in regular service 10 years ago...
